Account and registration

No. We at s8toto allow only one account per person. Our system detects duplicate accounts using your ID number, email, phone number, and payment account details. If you open more than one account, we will close the duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balance in them. If you have forgotten your password or cannot access your existing account, contact our support team — we can help you reset your password or recover access without requiring a second account.

Our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires two documents: a photo of your ID card and a selfie. Your ID card must be a valid government-issued document such as a national ID, passport, or driver's license. Your selfie must show your face clearly and must match your ID. You upload both documents through your account settings; our system uses facial recognition to verify that your ID photo matches your selfie. If the match fails, we ask you to resubmit. KYC typically completes within minutes, but may take up to one hour if our system requires manual review.

We encrypt all personal information including your name, ID number, email, and phone number. Your password is hashed and stored separately from your account details so that a breach in one system does not expose the other.
